The past several years have seen tremendous medical advances and increased public awareness of gastrointestinal conditions, diagnoses and treatments. To meet the increasing need for GI health services, St. John's Mercy opened our comprehensive Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Laboratory in June 2002.

The lab was relocated to the front of the Medical Center to greatly enhance convenience to our patients and because of its importance to our overall health services.

The lab is equipped with the latest in advanced diagnostic equipment. It also features an increased number of rooms, so that patients can be scheduled sooner and get the answers that they and their doctors need more quickly.
