- Email our Patient Accounting/Physician Billing office
- Receive electronic statements instead of paper statements
If you have used the online billing center before you may notice a change in the way you log into your account. For a time, St. John's will be supporting two Online Billing Centers. Entering your account information below will direct you to the correct site. If you are logged onto one Online Billing Center it may be necessary to return to this page to access your account on the other Online Billing Center. Old Billing Center accounts begin with an alphabetic character (A,B,C,…) while new Billing Center accounts will begin with a numeric character (1,2,3,…).
Additionally, you may be used to seeing all of your accounts listed by default. To enhance security on the new Online Billing Center, we now require you to receive at least one paper statement. Once you have received this initial statement, you can add that account number to your Online Billing Center login. |
