Noninvasive Cardiac and Vascular Testing
St. John’s Mercy offers noninvasive cardiac and vascular testing on an outpatient basis at St. John’s Mercy Heart and Vascular Hospital and at satellite testing locations in North and South St. Louis Counties (see maps and locations below).
Noninvasive cardiac tests include electrocardiogram (EKG), event and Holter monitoring, echocardiogram, stress testing (exercise, pharmacologic and nuclear), multigated acquisition/radionuclide ventriculogram (MUGA/RVG), nuclear medicine testing, cardiac CT and MRI.
Noninvasive vascular tests include abdominal imaging, aneurysm studies, carotid studies, extremity arterial imaging, hemodialysis access evaluation, reflux studies, renal and mesenteric arterial imaging, venous studies, and vasculogenic impotence evaluation.
All tests are interpreted by board-certified cardiologists and vascular surgeons on staff at St. John’s Mercy. Same-day appointments are available. To schedule outpatient testing at any of these locations, please call St. John’s Mercy Central Test Scheduling at 314-364-3300.
