St. John’s Mercy Workers’ Compensation Navigator is a full-time work comp claims specialist dedicated to providing excellent customer service to injured workers, employers and insurance companies. With more than 14 years of experience in the work comp insurance and health related industries, Michelle Wolf, workers' compensation navigator, is available to provide the answers to the questions that you need answered when a worker is injured. Services include:
- Same day access to Emergency Department Information
- Answers to reporting and general workers’ compensation questions
- Assistance with obtaining post accident drug testing
- Assistance with referrals to and appointments with our staff of experienced and dedicated physicians trained in the treatment of occupational and workers’ compensation injuries and illnesses
- Access to specialty services including St. John’s Corporate Health, St. John’s Sports and Therapy POWER program, St. John’s Rehab Hospital and St. John’s Hyperbaric and Wound Treatment Center
